I had a great stay at this hotel in Puebla Centro district. The location was perfect, allowing me to walk to almost everything I needed. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful, even checking me into a room that was ready before the check-in time. The room itself was clean and tidy, and I really appreciated the free hot coffee in the morning and the availability of distilled water all day. The building had a charming colonial style, and I especially enjoyed the cozy living room area outside of my room. The WiFi signal was stronger there, which was a nice bonus. this hotel offered excellent value for money, and I ended up extending my stay because I loved it so much.

Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and a nice view. the staff was very friendly and helpful with storing our bags.

The street outside could be noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The building has a nice colonial style, and the staff were friendly and helpful. , the location is convenient as it's close to the main attractions of the city center.

The noise level in the room was very high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the internet was not reliable and the furnishings were minimalistic, lacking in comfort.

Perfect location by foot, basic but characterful hotel, pleasant and helpful staff, clean and tidy room, free hot coffee and distilled water, beautiful colonial building.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

First, the location was unbeatable, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and on a peaceful street. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and stored our luggage until our bus later in the day. the courtyard added a unique and charming touch to the hotel, and the coffee and distilled water provided in the lobby were great bonuses!

I stayed in this hotel for the weekend and it was perfect for exploring this city by foot. The location is amazing, as it's close to almost everything I needed. The hotel facilities, including the courtyard and colonial style, gave it a lot of character. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful, checking me into my room even though I arrived earlier than check-in time. They provided hot coffee in the morning and distilled water all day, which was a nice touch.

    Everything great.
